7) Can I change or Cancel my order?

Once you have finalised your order and processed payment it cannot be changed, however; you can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Updated as of 30 May 2020.

  • If you opted to pay for your order by bank deposit and have not yet deposited any payment, your order can be cancelled right away.
  • If your payment has been received and you cancel before your order is dispatched from the Supplier or Vendor, you will receive a full refund.
  • However; if your items have already been sent from the Supplier or Vendor then your order can no longer be cancelled.
